Each numbered release will only ever yield a finite number of bottles. This 1993 Jura has been matured for 28 years in a single hogshead. Old malty wood upfront on the nose, followed by linoleum, damp hay and biscuity vanilla. Rich in flavour, a little oily and notes of boiled sweets, toasted hazelnuts and more biscuity malt. Lively finish with some spice and finesse, wearing its age well.
